Teflon belt  

Teflon belt take three kinds of fibre,e.g.Nomex,Kevlar,and glass as its primary weave materials,then covered with (PTFE)to make into conveyor belt materials.It not 
only has various excellent performances for the above fibres,but owns the 
outstanding characteristics of Teflon(PTFE).
Made from Nomex®,Kevlar®,and glass three kinds of  the primary 
materials,then covered with PTFE,respectively be called TCN,TCK,
TCGF.
Feature:
1.All the three kinds have low friction coefficient.It has better 
centrifugal function than other conveyor belts.
2.It is anti-chemical causticity.It has no influence on 
most pharmac-euticals and dissolvents.
3.Fine temperature stability,it may continuously 
operate below232℃.
4.Good bend & fatigue-resistance,it has high
tensile strength and bend & fatigue 
proof-ness.It may be used in the small 
wheel diam.With long life.
